Working principle of solid waste alternative fuel shredder
The shredding process of solid waste alternative fuel shredder is centered on "shear-tear-extrusion", and is designed in combination with the special needs of RDF production (such as material homogenization, calorific value stability, etc.). The specific process is as follows:
1. Feeding and pretreatment: solid waste materials (such as mixed garbage, waste plastics, tires, etc.) enter the crushing chamber through a conveyor belt. Some equipment is equipped with magnetic separation or screening devices to pre-remove non-combustible impurities such as metals and stones.
